# Additional Contact Form

 * We would like to have another page under “Contact Us” called ‘Prayer Requests’
   and would like to send all the contacts coming through that form to be delivered
   to a different user. Is that possible?
 * By the way, many thanks for providing such a beautiful and simple plug in.

   after submitting contact form? Right?

 * Unfortunately, this is impossible (for now).

 * To put additional fields in [contatc_form] it is necessary to modify the plugin(
   contact_form.php file).

    Thanks for writing this great contact form! I’d also like to have
   a second one on my site, like Felix does, which redirects to a second email account.
