    Hi guys,

    This is the same issue with all of our pages that we use for our booking – but essentially:

    When a customer selects an option for additional charges/ services it adds it into the price/ subtotal – however when the customer then selects the dates in which they want the product for (start date/ end date) it goes back to the original price and gets rid of the additional charges that the customer needs to pay and that needs to be in the confirmation/ payment areas. Once the order is completed it then sends us and the client a confirmation order which has the additional products – but not the additional charges making us loose out on money/ sales.

    I have read a few forms – saying update all plugins – disable AJAX etc. However the issue is still occurring.

    Do you have all plugins up-to-date (WooCommerce 3.7.0, Easy Booking 2.2.1, Product Add-Ons 3.0.14)?

    Could you please send me an email using the contact form with a temporary admin access to your website? It would be easier to make tests.

    Hope you are well – apologies on the delay of reply in this thread! I have everything up to date besides the “WooCommerce database update required – WooCommerce has been updated! To keep things running smoothly, we have to update your database to the newest version. The database update process runs in the background and may take a little while, so please be patient. Advanced users can alternatively update via WP CLI.”

    I will be backing up my site and then updating the database that is required. If after that it does not reflect the correct prices etc I will send through a temporary login access to the website. Many thanks – I will respond back again with my resolution that appears.

    I had a similar problem with woocommerce products addons for a client. To get it working again I had to downgrade woocommerce product addons to version 3.0.13. There appears to be a problem with woocommerce product addons version 3.0.15. I did not try 3.0.14, since the last back up I had where it worked was 3.0.13.

    I could see the price calculation change on the single product page just after selecting the end date to exclude the addon price. The price appeared correctly just prior to selecting the date range.
