Hi,

Currently the ticket ID used only hasgtag and numbers #33
is it possible if I want to add date and some characters?

example : ticket ID TXT-07312015-#33

That’s not possible by default. If you want to change the tickets numbering you’ll need custom code. The current structure simply follows WordPress posts IDs.
