Adding Zip Search Module in Different Search Form

Client had a pro version of this plugin, However our Client wants to add the Zip Search Module to his Off Canvas Search Form.

Is there’s any way to create this sort of function?

We tried to use shortcode quick search but it redirects to different page results.
