    Hi guys,

I just finished designing and coding a website for a client.

she want me to add a CMS for text, images, videos & mp3

I have setup simple blogs for people in the past, but never woven any custom sites and wordpress together.

can anyone breakdown the basics of how i can achieve this? i will figure out the rest myself (hopefully)...is it very complicated?

also, any dvd tuts out on the subject that more or less focuses on what i need? links, etc are more than welcome.

    ditto what buddha trance said.
"as for she want me to add a CMS for text, images, videos & mp3" - WordPress can already do that in Post or Pages. Text is posted, images added and videos (many plugins - my fav is viper's video quicktags for clients) and mp3 (audio player plugin or podcasting or podpress, etc).
or is there anything specific to the CMS configuration wanted?

hey guys thanks for the replys and links! sorry for the late response. the website is made with xhtml and css only. I have no idea about php coding (I'm a designer by trade). Is it still possible to implement wordpress into this? or will the site have to be re-coded into php to accommodate wordpress?

I'm trying to find a quick solution as the job is running past its deadline already.

    thanks for any info.

BT, I'm reading those tut links you gave me right now.
