I have dabbled a bit with wysiwyg editors but that dosent really count I guess. * Here is my problem, I am using the cyanotype theme and on wordpress.com it gives me the option to change it so that the Background colour is white, and the borders/ text are a shade of blue. However on wordpress.org, I only seem to be able to change the background color and not the colour of the borders. I am not sure how I can change it. At some point in the future I would like specific portions of the site to be in different colours.
