# Adding Videos to a Post (HTTP Error)

 * Hi All,
 * I need to add an mp4 video that is just under 100mb to a post, and I cannot seem
   to do it. I keep getting an “http error” after it “uploads.” I’ve tried disabling
   all the plugins, and adjusting the php memory limit and the max input vars setting
   through cpanel at Bluehost. Maybe I entered the wrong settings, I don’t know.
   What should they be set to to accommodate a file that large?

 * But you will need to work with your host on both their preferred method of doing
   this and also what they allow based on your type of hosting account.
 * If you cannot upload thru your browser, you can use FTP.

 * But, what many do is upload video to a third party, like YouTube or Vimeo. That
   way they are not using bandwidth or space on their hosting accounts.

 * Thank you for your help Pioneer. I went the path of YouTube. It was much easier
   and what you said about bandwidth made perfect sense.
