Adding variations from a Shop Manger Account is not Working

    I try to add variations from a ShopManager Account and i get this error (showned twice for one variation)
    -> This variable product has no active variations so cannot be published. Changing status to draft.

    The Admin user can add variations normaly.
    All versions(wordpress,woocommerce) are the latest
