Can you share a screenshot of how your event is set up, or a test event that shows the same information?
One thing I didn’t see in your video was where you set the information for ticketing in the event. It would have been set when you created the original event; it’s not a field that can be edited in the group editor, but can be edited for each individual member of the event.
Can you show me a screenshot of those settings?

I didn’t do anything different from usual but I just deleted all the reoccurrence of the event and created it again with a slightly different title and its all working. 2023-02-22_15-24-43 (screencast.com)
Had you edited the initial event using the group editor? It’s possible that using the group editor broke the ticketing data; that would be something for me to check out.
Hey Joe, I did run into this issue myself last week. It occurred as you said when you use the group editor, my fix was to go through and update all individual events one by one. Just posting incase it helps you with a fix.
