# Adding themes

 * This is probably elementary to many, but how do I install a downloaded theme 
   from the Internet? New to WordPresss so am still finding my way around. I have
   downloaded some themes from the Internet and have them in my Mac ‘download’ list,
   in folders. But how do I access them so I can install and activate? No doubt,
   very simple when you know how!
