Adding tags to Tag Cloud in sidebar

    I’m fairly new to WordPress and I’ve been trying to add a tag cloud to my site Sharon Moore Designs with no success. I installed the Configurable Tag Cloud plug-in (CTC) and placed it in the the SideBar right tab under widgets. My question is how do I add tags so that they’ll show up in the tag cloud?
