 * Hi there, like everyone here I use Google Analytics and I’d love to be able to
   get data on my pages by tag.
 * In other words, to use Google to tell me the sum total of traffic to all posts
   tagged “apples”.
 * I know this has something to with these custom dimensions (or whatever Google’s
   latest terminology is). But there seems to be no plugin or any information on
   how to do it. Surely I’m not the only person who’s thought about this, right?
