Hello, WooCommerce native import should work. We leave you a link to the explanation in the manual.
Do you have the Premium version of the plugin?

Hi, thanks for the quick reaction. At this moment I’m testing and don’t have the Premium version.
However if I can bulk-import suppliers to the products I’m going for the premium version and use the extra options.
At this moment, this is the only hurdle. And I don’t think it’s just me, a tutorial or a YouTube explanation would convince me to purchase the Premium.
Ok. If you just want to test if it works for you, you can try the plugin free for 30 days and if you cancel before you won’t pay anything.
We leave you the link to the Trial version in case you want to try it: https://plugins.mci-desarrollo.es/supplier-order-email-premium/
Thanks!

Sorry I don’t understand, I’m testing the free version and want to see if I can bulk-import.
This bulk-import is only possible with the premium version? So the premium version is storing the supplier in de database / custom meta and the free is not?
The Premium version has the functionality that makes the plugin compatible with WooCommerce bulk import.
The data is stored in the same place for both versions of the plugin but with the Free version you will not be able to do the bulk import.
