Adding Subpages w/ a Hover Feature

    Hi,

    I’m using a purchased theme; redwhite. It is set to show top page tabs only – in a horizontal format. How and where do I edit (add plugin?) so that I can create subpages that hide under the TOP PAGE level; eg show when hovered over only? Ideally, I would not just do this in the sidebar…
