Adding social media buttons to header

    Hello,

    I am trying to add social media buttons to a header. There is already some buttons there but there menu doesn’t have some I need (instagram, tripadvisor). I have spent a lot og today trying to solve this… all plugins don’t seem to work as there is no header widget (only sidebar ones). Any advice appreciated! I am guessing it will be changing code related. I have seen some articles on changing function.php but I don’t seem to have that.

    When I try to go to the site it does not load.

    What plugins have you tried?

    Yikes, I can’t load it either. I am wondering if I have done something that has caused this. I can’t even get on to the dashboard to see or tell you the plugins. Any help appreciated!

    I hope you’ve figured out how get your site back up by now, but just in case not…

    Were you strictly managing plugins just before the site failed to load? Or were you trying to alter any code as well? If you altered code, please revert the file you were editing to the version in a downloaded .zip file. Extract the file and upload to your server via FTP or your host’s file manager.

    If it was just plugins, deactivate all of them per these instructions.
