 * I very often take photos with my phone camera and post it to my wp blog. These
photos are usually 5mb size. Should i upload smaller photos, because it may slow
down my site and cause storage or other problems (such as speed) later?
 * My site will have many , many pictures in the long run. I just started it but
i will constantly add new posts and most of them will have at least one photo

 * When you upload an image, WordPress will make thumbnails of it to the sizes set
in Admin page > Settings > Media. Generally when an image is inserted into a
page, one of the thumbnails will be used, so page load time is reasonable. However
you can choose to link to the full size image, and if so this would impact noticeably
on page load time. Inevitably some users won’t wait. So its probably a good idea
to reduce image sizes to say around 1024px which is the max most monitors can
show at one go, before uploading.
 * As to storage issues, it depends on your hosting package as storage varies with
   the service you’ve bought.
