Adding Sidebars to WordPress' Site Pages (2 posts)

    How to make the sidebars appear in all of the pages in your WordPress' site? Rather than in just some of the pages as set up in their default site?

    It probably has something to do with the following codes in their header.php page?

    <style type="text/css" media="screen">
    // Checks to see whether it needs a sidebar or not
    if ( !empty($withcomments) && !is_single() ) {
    #page { background: url("<?php bloginfo('stylesheet_directory'); ?>/images/kubrickbg-<?php bloginfo('text_direction'); ?>.jpg") repeat-y top; border: none; }
    <?php } else { // No sidebar ?>
    #page { background: url("<?php bloginfo('stylesheet_directory'); ?>/images/kubrickbgwide.jpg") repeat-y top; border: none; }
    <?php } ?>

    If someone could help me change or tweak the above? :?

    I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

    You will have to add <?php get_sidebar(); ?> in your page.php, index.php, single.php, and archives.php theme files.
