 * Does your theme offer any sidebars? Go to your Dashboard, and then select Appearance
   > Widgets. Does anything appear on that page?

 * Of course it does, but to pages, not to posts.
    How to make it available to posts
   as well?

 * If your theme has the function to set up sidebars, you have to go to Appearence-
   > Widgets and there you have to move the widgets that you want to use in your
   sidebar, sometimes says “page sidebar” or something like that.
 * When you create or edit a page you’ll see in the right side of your screen the
   template that the page is using, select if it’s available something like page
   with sidebar.
 * Hope that helps.

 * Jorge,
 * Once again, on Pages I can set up sidebars, the question is how to make the same
   on posts.

 * Check in widgets maybe there is a section called blog or blog sidebar, I see
   that the theme demo has a sidebar in blog.

 * Thank you Jorge,
 * One more question, do you know how can I link the “CONTACT US” on my main menu
   to an email address when a user clicks on it?
 * Many Thanks!

 * Go to Appearence -> Menus -> Links, in URL delete http:// and write mailto:[your
   contact email address]
    It should work.
