Can you be a bit more specific about what you mean by “seals?”

Very sorry. I mean, for example, Satisfaction Guaranteed seals, or Trustify seals — those emblems.
You can upload any image you want to the footer by going into Appearance> widgets, and placing an Virtue Image widget into the desired area. That widget will have options for uploading an image.
Just place the seal into the upload box, and you should be set.
Or, if you’re trying to embed the seal from an external site, you can do that using a text widget.
