Adding scrolling div to Post and Page Admin Pages

I am writing a plugin where it would be convenient for the user to be able to have specific information pulled from the database table the plugin create as reference to create links in their post and on their pages.

How would I go about adding a scrolling div to the post and page admin pages to allow for this?
