Adding quotation marks in HTML wipes out all fields of the form

I tried adding a link in an HTML field. If I use quotation marks and save and refresh the form, all previously added fields are totally wiped out, the form is empty.

I realized I can add the URL without quotation marks, but it’s not desirable to work long on a form to have it entirely wiped out.
