adding product and categories on subdomain

So i use woocommerce for my site lets say http://www.domain.com and i need to have a different woocommerce store on my subdomain lets say http://www.sub.domain.com
i have duplicate my main site using duplicator plugin and it appears to be all great.. however, there are several problem, when i add a new categories, it didnt show up, when i add product, its also didnt show up ( only show up at admin panel ) at all
whats the problem ? is it not possible to install 2 woocommerce plugin on my domain and subdomain and work separately with those two ?
and if it is possible, why do i have those problem.
