adding points per rout and then alert once I drive through those points

Hi there

a per-purchase question for a simple website I want to build

1. I want to open the map choose a rout (for instance from point a to b)
2. mark a few points on that rout
3. Then to drive through this rout and when ever i pass a defined point to get an alert
4. If possible – to define 2 different messages:

4.1 One alert if my speed is lower than X
4.2 One alert if my speed is equal or higher than X

Is that possible with your plugin ?
Do you support some of this scenario ?
