 * I have downloaded a plugin “Clean and Simple Contact Form” which says “To add
   the contact form to your page please add the text [cscf-contact-form] to your
   post or page.”
    I do not know how to add [cscf-contact-form] to a page on my 
   blog which is [http://www.humblecomment.info](http://www.humblecomment.info).

 * Very simple
    Go to you contact page and click on edit
 * On the editor at the right side of editor you will see 2 tubs visual and text
   
   Click on text than past the code [cscf-contact-form] to the box and click save,
   go the page and look if you see the form If problem solved please mark it as 
   resolved.
