Adding pictures to poll

Hi,

I would like to add a picture for the answer to a question. I have no real need for this other than to make it more visually pleasing.

Any help would be appreciated, and sorry if the question has already been answered, ive had a quick look and couldn’t find the answer, didn’t want to be scouring webpages for the answer.
