Adding Paypal and Stripe Payment ID

    Hi, i want to add custom field on the invoice generated by the plugin but i don’t know what code to create and where to put it. I want to add the Paypal or Stripe payment ID on invoice (the transaction confirmation number on order).

    Hi @psycolive,

    Can you please let us know that is the Paypal or Stripe payment ID appearing in your WooCommerce Order? If yes, then we will need to add that custom field in the “print-content.php” template of our plugin file. In that case, can you please create a ticket at ‘support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com’ as we will need to discuss some more information on this?

    If that custom field is not appearing in your order then we will need to find out a way to fetch the value of that custom field and display it in our plugin’s invoice. Are you using any specific plugin for adding the custom field?

    Yes it is! The payment ID appears on Woocommerce Order page

    Have you already created a ticket for this at our supporting address: support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com? If not, then kindly create a ticket at mentioned address so that we will further communicate on this on our ticketing system itself.

    Also, please let us know if you are using any specific plugin for adding the custom field to the Order.
