Adding own tags by readers like Amazon

    I’m going to use WordPress for news website. I can supplement category system by tags (maybe UTW, maybe Jerome, I’m not sure yet).

    I have idea: it is possible to adding own tags for every article by readers (meybe only registered readers)?

    F.e. this forum use it, Amazon use it… And with AJAX function?
