# Adding news area?

 * Hello,
 * I would like to add a news area to my startpage. It should show the 3 latest 
   news. Each news should look something like: “2010-11-12 **title** content…”
 * I searched on the plugins page but didn’t really find what i was looking for.
   How should I solve this? Making a custom plugin? Making my own rss-feed with 
   the news, and use a plugin that gets rss feeds?
