Adding New Theme

    Hi All,

    Recently i have been having issues with adding new themes via Appearance -> Themes -> Add New.

    i get the following error:
    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    I tried disabling all plugins to still having the same fault. I have also restored to a previous backup to when it was actually working.

    Let me know what suggestions you have.

    There are no problems here, so I can only guess that the issue must be at your server. Try contacting your hosts about this. They may be experiencing DNS issues.

    What is the best way to fix this?
    It only seems to be the themes, plugins work no worries?

    try to upload your theme through ftp to wp-content/themes folder

    So i just created a new installation on the same server and i dont get the error? what could the issue possibly be. I would rather do it from within wordpress that way i can do a live preview?
