 * i am using the wordpress webpage and want to upload a new theme having paid for
   premium. it doesn’t appear to have that functionality there. i am totally new
   to this and wondered if anyone has come across this problem?

 * Hi there. In the Dashboard of WordPress go to Appearence-Themes-Add New and browse
   for your theme or Upload it from your computer. Best regards.

 * Paid for themes may have their own ways of installing, it’s best to contact the
   theme author/ vendor for support.

 * Thanks for the help
    Whenever I go to to the dashboard I am not seeing add a 
   new theme under appearance. Any suggestions why this might be the case? Apologies
   for being the confused new guy!

 * You must go to Appearence – Themes and you can find Add New. There you can install
   new themes.

 * Thanks for the help guys, step 3 in the instructions there is ‘Add New’. Add 
   new doesn’t appear under my appearance>themes selection. Really confusing.

 * Are you using WP.**com**? If so, you won’t be able to add new themes by that
