 * hello,
 * I have a question about changing my theme . I have a genesis theme and want to
   upload Esteem from Colorlib. I am not sure how to delete one and upload the other.
   I would appreciate if you can tell me do I upload the theme from my computer 
   to the dashboard?

 * i would ask to the hosting company support, they should be able to help you.
 * the basic things you need are:
    1. ftp client
    2. ftp credentials
    3. route of files
 * if you want to install a theme that is on the WordPress repo, you can do it from
   the wp-admin area
