Adding new tags not working

    – When the Polylang plugin is enabled, I can’t add new tags when editing an article. After writing the tag and hitting Enter, the tag disappears.
    – If Polylang is disabled, adding a tag works without issues.
    – Adding new tags using the quick edit option from the post list, works even when Polylang is enabled.

    Does anyone have any idea about how to fix this?
