 * I am trying to install the elementor plugin but when it asked for my ftp login
   credentials it says it couldnt connect or the credentials are wrong.
 * I triple checked my login creds bny using winscp and verified that the credentials
   were right.
 * What is going on here?

 * Either the permissions or ownership are incorrect on your wp-content/plugins 
   directory.
