This plugin has worked great restricting access to what I wanted. The only thing I am having an issue with is that when the (Woocommerce) Shop Owner clicks on New to add a coupon or order it says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

Shop Owner has no problem clicking and adding new products or media, nor does the shop owner have any issue managing orders and coupons just can’t seem to add them.

I am not sure if maybe I have checked/unchecked something wrong in plugin.

Here’s a screenshot of what the capabilities for shop owners look like.

That screenshot isn’t big enough to make the capability names readable. I think this is a question for Woocommerce, anyway. I would contact them with an explanation of which capabilities you’ve assigned. The question is whether their plugin supports the user access which your capability set is calling for.

Thank you. I checked on their support forum and found what happened. Thanks again! 🙂

What happened? I’m having a similar issue.

    Thank you for your feedback.

Did you end up having to give the user “edit posts” ?

Yes! The orders and coupons are like posts. I gave the user edit posts ability and used Adminimize to hide the blog part since the pages are just shops without blogs. Not sure if I explained myself correctly.
