# Adding new lines every Update?

 * I think this started when I updated to 4.2.1 but I can’t be sure.
    Any new page
   I create, I put text into and when I click Update, it posts, but then when the
   page editor page refreshes, I have a line in between each separate paragraph,
   and at the end. This means next time I click Update, it shows up on the page 
   and I gain several empty lines, you can delete them but it is tedious at best.
 * I am using the Divi theme, but their support say it is more likely to be WordPress
   given the new update (everything was fine before it).
 * Has anyone else had this problem so far?

 * In the text, there should be no spaces at all in the paragraphs, neither column
   started off with empty lines in but every time I press Update to add to the page,
   the editor adds lines, then if I click Update again, it adds those lines to the
   page.
 * I have tried this on new pages and old ones, it happens on all new pages I create
   but doesn’t happen on old ones (before the WP update).

 * Have you tried deactivating all of your plugins to explore whether any could 
   be responsible?

 * When you look at the post in text mode what is it adding to create those blank
   lines? ie `<p> or </br>`

 * It was, it was actually WooCommerce that was causing it, the latest version had
   done something odd when updating, I removed and reinstalled and everything seems
   to be ok, hopefully.
