# Adding new instructors problem

 * Hello!
    Our website is an E-learning platform where we add courses and sell them
   afterward.
 * **THE PROBLEM: We could not add a new instructor**, After filling in the needed
   information the button won’t do anything it just changes color and nothing happens.
 * We tried adding the new account with another method. The account showed up on
   the pending list and now we can’t approve it!

 * Please flush cache completely then temporarily disable your cache plugin. Make
   sure you have marketplace enabled from Tutor settings > general.
