    After adding images to an existing gallery, only the pictures that were added can be enlarged and show in slide show!

    When i go to the gallery and click on the info (i) for a picture that was already in the gallery before the addition of new photos, there is a broken link!

    This was not the case before adding more pictures to the gallery…

    We have over 300 photos that no longer can be enlarged and viewed as part of the slideshow.
    HELP! THIS SITE IT DUE TO GO LIVE ON MONDAY AND WE DO NEED TO ADD MORE PHOTOS TO ALL OF THE GALLERIES, BUT WE DO NOT WANT TO BREAK THE LINKS

    When you reply there, would you please consider creating temporary admin credentials so that we can examine and debug from the backend / admin side? If so, please provide the following:

    – Link to the login page
    – Username

    – Screenshots or screencast of the issue so we can see.

    Well I submitted another support question a while ago on another problem and no one responded. I had to figure it out on my own. Or I should say I did a work around…

    I will submit another request and see if any one responds.

    At this point I am not going to recommend people purchase this product. We are kind of stuck with it as the site we have installed it on is scheduled to go live tomorrow and we do not have time to find another gallery…

    Looking at your old tickets, we replied to 2 of them in the past but our system shows those emails were not viewed and we never received any response to any of our emails in there.

    So may be you need to use a secondary email (like gmail, outlook, etc…) to ensure you are receiving our emails and these are not being blocked at your end. I have again replied to your new ticket too.

    You can also tell us your other email and we can add it in our system and CC you on both.
