Using Gutenberg block module, You can set only one ‘HowTo’ schema but using our schema type options you can add as many as you want on a post.
The position is an optional property, if it is not there google will automatically do the positioning by its sequence. It will not cause any problem.

Thank you for your explanation. How can I add multiple Howto schema on a post? I have added one but I cannot find a way to add additional Howto schema. I can add Howto Step, Howto Supply and Howto Tools but not additional Howto schema.

Two different HowTo schema is coming perfect. The problem is with their id. Both the id is same thats why these are being merged into one. ( https://prnt.sc/qcvicl ).
To resolve it, We will give an extra field to add your own id.
