    hi there,

    i can’t see the option on the woo mobile app to add more than 1 separate woo website – pls help

    i have them both connected to jetpack and updated update manager and checked all looks ok in stores in wordpress https://woocommerce.com/my-account/my-stores/

    Assuming you’re already logged in and both sites are connected to Jetpack (which is great), here’s how you can switch or add another store:

    1. Open the WooCommerce mobile app and log in if you haven’t already.
    2. Tap on the menu icon at the bottom right.
    3. At the top of the menu, you’ll see your current site name. Tap the dropdown arrow next to the site name.
    4. You’ll then see an option to switch to or add another connected store.

    thanks for the info – you understood my issue perfectly.

    however – 3/ At the top of the menu, you’ll see your current site name. Tap the dropdown arrow next to the site name.

    From what I can see, it looks like the dropdown arrow next to your site name is missing in the WooCommerce mobile app menu, which explains why you’re not able to switch between stores or add a new one.

    • Make sure you’re using the latest version of the WooCommerce app from the App Store or Google Play. Updates often fix display issues like this.
    • Try logging out of the app, then signing back in. This can refresh your store list and sometimes makes the dropdown reappear.
    • If the issue sticks around, a quick device restart or reinstalling the app can help clear out any display glitches.
    • The store-switching feature depends on your WordPress.com account having admin permissions on each store. If you’re logged into an account without the right permissions, the app might not show all stores.
