Adding Menu and links to SimplictyDark

    Trying to add menu “Tuition Rates”(and links) to WP site I inherited. Template is SimplicityDark and WP version is 3.3.1
    Created “Tuition Rates” Page and image show up in Pages All, but unable to add menu name to Welcome Page and the rest of the pages. Want future page names to follow same format as Child Program, Adult Program etc.

    Any help greatly appreciated.
