I have around 15000 registered users on my site.

When I have to manually add a user into the paid member subscriptions I click add then I have to select from a list of users. They are not sorted in any way and there is no way to search.

Scrolling through that many names with no sort or search can be difficult.

is there a way to sort the user names or can this feature be added in the future?

  • Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If you go to PMS -> Members you will see a button called Bulk Add New next to the Add New button. It will take you to a page where you will be able to sort based on user ID or Username and assign plans to multiple users.

    Did you test it out?

    Yes, thanks that works.
A search function would help in the future, With over 10000 members it can take a few tries to find the correct user.
I have it showing 100 users per page. So I jump to page 50, then narrow it down from there.

I have a non-technical staff that handles subscriber issues. They are having trouble adjusting that method.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback.

I will forward your request to our dev team. In future updates they will add a search function inside PMS -> Members.

    Best regards,
