Adding Links to "Certain" portions of a graphic

Hi, I’ve a very large graphic for a client of mine on their home page, http://www.lasvegascoinlaundry.com. From this, there is a graphic showing all five (5) stores. Inside of that graphic, I NEED TO MAKE CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THAT GRAPHIC LINK TO VARIOUS OTHER SITES.

1) Is it possible to take a large graphic file and make certain areas of that graphic “clickable” or to create a link that will lead to another page, website, etc?
