Adding jScrollPane to Structural Divs in WP Page Template Files

    I have a WP site that needs a custom scroller added directly to a DIV that is built into a page template’s structure. Is there a suggested way to modify the DIV’s HTML code so that it uses your custom scroll bar. There is no way to “short code” this DIV as it is part of PHP Page Template.
    I need to modify the page code directly.
