 * Hello,
 * I want to add a javascript to my home page.
    I’ve enter it in visual and html,
   but wheh I say It only have the <noscript> part.
 * What is the trick to have javascript on a page?
    Thanks.

 * to clarify. I want to add the flash movie to my home page (non blog page). I 
   don’t care If we use javascript I’d just like to have my flash displayed.

 * I’ve always used flvplayer when I want to embed flash videos on my site. Here’s
   a very good and detailed set of instructions on how to do this. [How To Put Flash Videos On Your Blog In Many Easy Steps](http://granades.com/2006/09/14/how-to-put-flash-videos-on-your-blog-in-many-easy-steps/).
 * The best thing about doing it this way is that you can brand the video with a
   pre-loaded image that sits atop the video so that even if you didn’t create the
   video it still looks like it’s yours.

    Thanks for the link. It says for wp you need to install a plug-in. [http://rmnl.net/wp-flv-video-player-plugin/](http://rmnl.net/wp-flv-video-player-plugin/)
 * But, that page says.
    This plugin does not work with the current version of the
   JW player any longer. This page is nothing more than an archive. ———- I don’t
   want a player (with navigation) I’d just like to let my flash do it’s thing.

 * If you were testing this on a local server you may be getting the “Your browser
   doesn’t support JavaScript or you have disabled” error because of security settings
   in Flash. So try uploading your test file and let me know how that works.

    what plug-ins do you have that are allowing wp to display the script?

 * I entered it into a new page in html mode and got it to come up fine. No plugins.

 * Also, you said you want this on your home page right? Can you just paste in the
   code in the index.php file within the theme folder you are using for the website?
