 * Hi,
 * I am wondering if someone can help me resolve an issue that I have with inserting
   some scripts into my wordpress files.
 * I want to add a randomise banner script (already written) into my wordpress blog
   so that the banner appears above the post title of each new post added to my 
   blog.
 * If someone could direct me as to where to insert this script that would be of
   great assistance.
