Adding Java Script To a POST – I have read all the other posts

I have read through all the java script help posts and can not resolve my issue.

I am having an issue, and spent hours on it so really hope you can help – top bit of code is the js file, the bottom is what i have in the wp post. Would love it if you could help

i have amended the function to just rnd(), rand(), rand(number) just not working
