adding images to a post

    I just read another post called “HELLPP!! I can’t post pictures!!” or something like that, and it said the same thing about the code you out in your post. The pictures are already outside of the root folder, and i don’t want to have to upload them again (speaking of, in that post, i read someone talking about a upload utility that is in the program; where is that in wordpress?). thanks

    It shouldn’t matter where the image actually is – you can hotlink and it should show.

    Link to your site so we can see the problem in the code ?
