 * I am using the plugin CSV Import for an online store. While it lets you upload
   images by entering a URL into a featured_image field, that image does not upload
   with any alt text or caption data. Is there anything that lets us define alt 
   text during image upload, in bulk through a CSV upload rather than manually?

 * You may try wp all import and dynamically construct the attributes of images 
   during the import, using fields from your source csv .
