adding image to a post in SERP

    Hello,

    can I simply add an image to my post to be displayed in SERP?
    I do not need any star rating, just adding a product image I am reviewing to make the link more attractive.
    Is that possible?
    If not, would you please be so kind and could you recommend a rich snippet plugin convenient for a multilingual site?
