• I have a store i am importing from etsy. I have all the items in the new site. It is for leather belts and some are embossed and some plain and each one has 13 sizes and 3 diff colors.
    Like this for size:
    32″|34″|36″|38″|40″|42″|44″|46″+$4|48″ +$4|50″ +$4|52″ +$8|54″ +$8|56″ +$8
    and
    This for color:
    Black|Brown|Tan

The sizes has 3 diff price points. Color does not change price.

What would be the best way to add these items without doing 250 items each at 10 minutes per to set up exact atr/var combos.

Is there a way to creat a “set” Of art/vars to then apply to an item? It takes forever to do each by setting prices in vars section. 13 sizes x 3 colors = 39 places to set a price for every diff item in store.

OR is it the only way to do. I have used Woocommerce for a long time but this store is first to use the atr/var settings.

Thanks for any help and if it is better to post this question in another forum site please send me link bc Woo site has only blog no forum that i could find…thanks! 🙂

  • I’m not sure. I have done something to this effect using WP All Import Pro. It requires to be purchased though.

I exported the etsy store in csv but they did not export it with the variations and attributes info. I bought a plugin that did add what was in that file i had from etsy. It made simple product from all the items that had atts and vars. I have to go each 1 by 1 to add that in wooC section of each item page.

I would love to be able to set up that att/var structure once and then “pick” it somehow or apply it to each item. Like in the “product” listing in Woo how we can quick edit multiple items for shipping or satus to change in bulk.

Kind of like the way I can set up a shipping class ONCE (1x) then chose it for an item on its page or in quick edit bulk.

I guess ill have to start one at a time bc i keep putting it off hoping for a quick easy answer to my misery…lol

    Thanks for help Whytetyre!
